Contests are based on skill, sports knowledge, and strategic decision-making. Success depends on your ability to analyze player performance, matchups, and team strategies.

3. Account Registration

To participate in contests, you must create an account and provide accurate information:

• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be 18 years or older to create an account
• One person may maintain only one account
• You may not share or transfer your account to another person
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

4. Contest Rules and Scoring

All contests are governed by the following principles:

• Points are awarded based on real player performance according to our published scoring system
• Lineups must be submitted before the contest lock time
• Once a contest locks, lineups cannot be modified
• Scoring statistics are provided by official third-party data providers
• In the event of stat corrections, contest results may be adjusted
• We reserve the right to void contests due to technical issues or data provider problems
• Leaderboard rankings are final after all official stat corrections are applied

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to create lineups or enter contests
• Colluding with other users to gain unfair advantages
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate contest outcomes
• Accessing or attempting to access accounts or systems without authorization
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or staff
• Providing false or misleading information
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any contest participation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and data compilations, is the property of Fantasy Assist Kings or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of player statistics
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform
• Security of user data or contest integrity
• Fitness for a particular purpose

Fantasy Assist Kings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Technical malfunctions or data loss
• Incorrect player statistics or scoring errors
• Inability to access contests or submit lineups
• Actions or omissions of third-party data providers

By using the Platform, you consent to our collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Failure to meet age requirements
• Prolonged account inactivity

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked.
